I have a question about wheel of life and each sections I know wheel of life is designed to improve and balanced our life in all sessions, but I think season of life is very important and should be considered. For example, for a mother who has an infant , maybe job section is not important at all and she needs to focus on one or two sections only. Today's question was really absorbing for me because I could really totally understand her as a mom, with different seasons of our motherhood. Some of the times we think that we cannot focus on all of the areas of our life, all of the sections of our real of life. For example, when you have an infant, it is somehow impossible to be able to concentrate on for example, the professions section of our life, or whenever, or whenever you...

...just gave birth to your child. So I can totally understand you, dear Mama, and I'm going to tell you some of the points. Maybe it could help you in some way. So, for those of you are new to the podcast, we talk about the wheel of life and we've talked about it from episode number four. It is a technique, it is a tool that gives you a bird's eye view of your life. It can help you to assess your life in all of the areas of your life and we propose a wheel of life which is specifically for Moms, and it is my suggestion for you to assess your life based on these sections, but you can totally go and redesign it for yourself, but the important point is to assess your life from a comprehensive perspective. So this is wheel of life. And to answer your question about whether or not we should consider all of the areas of...

...our life, in all of the seasons of our motherhood, I want to tell you that, you know, what is really important is the perpetual satisfaction of our life, and perpetual satisfaction comes from wholeness, not from the state of being perfect. And what do I mean by that? I mean that we need to have a balanced wheel of life in order to feel whole, but we do not need to be perfect in one of the areas to feel whole. So with this definition, we need to focus on all of the areas of our life, because otherwise we will be experiencing invisible disappointment. But there are some of the other points that I want to tell you in order to complete this topic. Remember that we assess our life. We use this will of life technique on a quarterly basis. So we do it on a...

...quarterly basis. We assess our life, not yearly, and this means that with every change of our season of our life, we have a new will of life, and so the assessment helps us to be more realistic about the situation of our life. This was the first one. And secondly, when we assess our life, our will of life, we choose some of the actions that help us to feel more satisfied in each area of our life, but it is realistically based on the assessment that we have done and that season of our life. So take, for example, you have an infant you assist your wheel of life and you understood that you are not satisfied with the section of your life named profession. That's totally normal to not be satisfied with your professional section of life because you are not able to focus on that and in more in this at least in this season of your life. So if...

...you're not satisfied with this section of your life, you have a reason for that. And what was that reason that you didn't feel satisfied? Maybe you, for example, you told that I'm a programmer and we with this gap of not working. I am really terrified of forgetting about all of the updated things in my profession. or You told that I am a network marketer and I'm terrified that I lose my connection with the people that I've made connection with. So if you are unsatisfied with the section of your life, it means that you need to do something in order to feel better. If you don't take into consideration that the satisfaction, it leads to your disappointment, it leads to your anger and it will for sure affect all of the other areas of...

...your life. But because you have assessed your life and because you need to be realistic and you are realistic about your situation in your life. So now that you want to find some of the actions in order to help you feel better in this area of your life, hopefully you choose some of the actions that are doable. Hopefully you choose some of the actions that are realistic in this situation of your life. You are the one who analyzed yourself, you are the one who assessed your wheel of life. You are the one who are living you. So you know exactly what is your situation and no other person can help you like you. You don't want to hurt yourself, you don't want to criticize yourself, you just know yourself better than any other person in the world and you know your situation and you know that you are...

...not, for example, satisfied with this area of your life. So you need to do something, you need to take some action. You asked about the weight of each section in the assessment. You told that, for example, you think in some of the areas, if you're alive in some of the seasons of your life, you need to put more weight on, for example, one of the areas, like Motherhood, and put it, for example, lower weight on the other sections. Of Your Life. I want to tell you that you can do it by choosing the kind of action that you want to take, the kind of action that you have chosen for the growth, the kind of action that I have chosen in order to make you feel satisfied. So please take into consideration that you are the one who analyze, you're the one who assess and you're the one who define the actions that you need to take in each area of your life in order to feel satisfied. If you are realistic enough and if you assess your life in a good...

...way, you can totally understand that. Okay, this is my situation now. I have an infant, I don't have really much time. So, for example, all I can do for my profession is to watch, for example, at Ted Talk Daily, and that's it. But you need to do that, you need to take that teeny tiny action in order to feel satisfied. Otherwise you will find yourself months later that you are focusing on just motherhood or on just any section of your life, and you feel miserable, you feel really awkward because you didn't get to other sections of your life. So let me give you some examples in order to clarify. For example, you gave birth to your child. Just you did that, and in the first few days after giving birth to a child, all of us know that it is really not possible to do some sort of exercise or anything. So if...

...you think that you should just let it go and you should just focus on your health section of life at a later time, it is, I think, one of the failures, one of our failures, because in this case will find ourselves so disappointed at the end of, for example, the year and we think that we are not maybe enough, we're not happy and we cannot really understand what was the fact. But if you, assess our life and we realistically set some actions in each area of our life, at least we know that we take into consideration all of the sections of our life and it gives us a feeling of wholeness, it gives us a feeling of balance. So in this example that you have a newborn, maybe the action that you need to take for the section of health is taking your supplements, just as simple as taking your supplements, but you need to write it...

...down, you need to be committed to that, because in this case you will feel that you're satisfied with this section of your life. But maybe, whenever your child gets older, the action that it can take is going to the gym, but not in the first few days after giving birth to your child. So this is you who is the person that can, I think, alter the weight of the sections of your life by choosing the right actions in each season of your life. So, all in all, I can tell you that please be realistic with your life situation and, at the same time, compassionate towards yourself, but consider all areas of your life, consider all sections of your life, because in the long run, it will help you feel satisfied and balanced.
