Let's dive into it. Hello, Mama, how are you doing? Welcome to the fourth episode of this series, I mean the design your attainable best self series, which we have started it from episode number twenty two, and we have continued that with episode twenty three and twenty four, and now in episode twenty five, we're going to cover daily planning, daily planning which is almost always overlooked in our plannings. We plan short term, long term, meet term, but we do not really consider what should we do in our day to day life, you know, on a daily basis. So I think it is a really important factor to consider in our plannings. And if you have listened to this series from the very beginning, I mean episode twenty two, you might have understood that we have covered the best selfdefinition and then deriving our personal growth plan based on our best self definition, monthly planning based on our personal growth planning definition, and then in the previous episode we have covered weekly planning. So, if I new to this podcast, first of all, welcome to my nest, and then I would highly recommend you to go to episode number twenty two and listen to that from the very beginning, because all of them are of chronological order and in order to understand what should you do exactly in order to I mean this, on your attainable best self and to to leave in a way that you could be sure that you're in a way to become your better version, you just need to go through...

...that from the very beginning. So if you so, considering that you have listened to the previous episodes, were now going to start the daily planning, you might have remembered that in the previous episode, I mean weekly planning episode, we have said our weekly Timee Block, we have defined our nonnegotiable lists in our time bloves and prioritize them and schedule them, and we wrote our weekly tasks, and these are so important to set before coming to each day of your life. I really highly recommend that we do our weekly planning the day before the new week. I mean, for example, on Sunday or even on Friday, I mean at day end of the week day. So consider that you have done this weekly planning and you have provided an infrastructure in order to set your daily tasks. So now, each day of the week you know that what are the time blocks? So from when when you should focus on this group of tasks? With the definition of time like that, you've covered an episode number fifteen. You you can guess how relieving it is to know exactly what you should do and what group of tasks you should I mean go through and each block of time. So, as I told you, preferably it's the day before that you want to plan for your day. You see your time blocks and list of the tasks for the week. In your time block, example, you can see that for Saturday, from eight, two twelve, you have your setup black time. So you go through...

...the list of the tasks that you have for the week. Which of them you can do in this block of time? You can assign some of them to this block of time and just, please, please, be reasonable of the fact that how many tasks you can do in this block of time, in this chunk of time, which tasks you feel you should do, encircle them and assign them to this block of time and do it for all of the blocks of time in this day of your life. So you have picked some of the tasks from your weekly task for today, you feel that you should go and do all of them. Know you're rung in. The third step, I want you to prioritize. I want you to prioritize. Have you ever heard about the eyes onhower matrix? I am sure that you have heard about it. You know, it is a matrix that can help you to guess what are the priorities of our tasks, and we really need to prioritize our tasks before going through them, because we might have done some two tasks before and at the end of those tasks we might feel that, well, they were not really important. And you know, some the times we do a lot but we do not have an impact. So this is maybe because of the prioritization that we have overlooked. I want you to answer to these two questions for each of the tasks in order to understand what is a priority of your task, for each task that you have, I mean, assigned for this day of your life. Please ask yourself. Is this task urgent or not? What do I mean by urgent? It means that does it have any deadline? If you do not do it today, what will happen? Does it ruin anything? Does it read anyone's plan? For example,...

...consider this task of paying the bills. Of course they have deadline to pay them. So if the deadline is today, or if the deadline is near, or if you do not pay it today, you can net, you cannot pay it in the future. Or if anything is, I mean time specified, you need to do it because it is urgent. So this is the definition of urgent. Is the task urgent or not? And it is the task important or not? And why do I mean by that? It means that doesn't have any impact for you. Is it really important for you in terms of aligning with your goals, in terms of aligning with what you have planned for your month or your three month or year? Is it important at all? We can really know the answer to discretion for each of our tasks. For example, if we have had a party last week and we have gathered all the family members, so having another party this week might not be really important because we have done that before. And if the I mean the aid behind that task. It to help the family members to feel where you needed or to feel rejuvenated. You know you have done it in the previous week. So why are you emphasizing on this task this week? So why are you considering doing that that task one another time? So please answer these two questions for all of the tasks. If a task is important and urgent, I mean both important and urgent. So this task is of priority a priority a, it means that you should do it today. So we should go through that least that task and do it, because this task...

...has a lot of impact for you and also it is urgent, you need to do it now. If the task is important but not urgent, you should plan for it. Should not do it now, but as it is important, plan to do it in another time. You should not do it today because it's not urgent. So you're not forced to do it. If you can, you can go through it after you have done the priority a list of actions, but if not, you can do it later. So this simply can plan for it for the later time. If the task is not important, but it is urgent and you should do it today, so you can't delegate it consider and just think about delegating. Some of the times we overlook this fact that we can delegate some of the tasks to others and we can really reduce the burden on our shoulders, because as a mom, I know that you are most of the times in the messy middle. You're so busy and you do not know how to handle your life. So if the task is not important but it is urgent, like the the one that I've told you earlier, playing the bills, you can really easily delegate this task to even your children. So please consider delegating, please consider seeking help from other people, because as a mom, we really need help. We cannot do everything all by our own. We need help. So please delegate that it is cut. I mean PRIORITYC and the priority d tasks are the ones that are not urgent and not important. And why do I mean by that? For example, you have written down a task for yourself to, for example, I don't know, buy something for for your neighbor. Whenever...

...you're thinking twice about it. Is it urgent? No, it is not, because your neighbor does not really need that now, and it isn't is it important. Maybe you better. You're thinking about it. It's not important either, because maybe someone else can buy it, maybe he really doesn't need it and using that he needs it, or I don't know, whatever task that you can understand that it is not important and not earth and is priority d. The Priority d tasks are the ones that you should delete. You should eliminate, easily eliminate those tasks from the task that you are seeing in your papers. So consider that you have written down five tasks for this day of your life. Now that you're thinking twice about them, you can see that just one of them is priority a. This for example, too of them are priority be and the rest are priority C and D, that you should not do anything for them. So you should just go through the priority a task, which is only one task. And can you see how pleasure reality is to have just one task to do this day? And you know that by doing that, it is both important and urgent, so you are not really passing any deadline and also it is impactful and in alignment with your goals. So what is better than that? And when you have done that, you can go through the priority be tasks and whenever doing anything of that list, you would feel that you take on the road. But you know, whenever you're going through your list without any prioritization, and you do a lot, but there are less impact in compared to the time that your prioritize. And, for example, you have five actions, five tasks that you should go through this day, and you go through them and you do three...

...of them, but you feel that you couldn't accomplish it, you couldn't do it. And in Coomper I mean on the flip side, when you prioritize and you know that this one task is important to do today and you go through that, you feel that you have accomplished it, you feel that you you you take on the world and this is the perfect result that you can have at the end of each day. So please do that for yourself, for the sake of your brain, for the stake of your mental health, for the sake of everyone. Please go through prioritization, because this is the mostly overlooked, I don't know, fact in our plannings. So we delegate the seas, we neglect the these, we plan for the bees and we get intended for the a's. This much straightforward. So in the fourth step, I want you to just commit doing ace and be present in each block of time. You know, showing up for the a's and you're done, you're good to go. And how, I know how you can feel relieved after doing the a's in your day and then afterwards you can be present in each block of time and I think it can really help you to not feel overwhelmed in all of the areas of your life, to not feel that you are pulled in every direction of your life because you're a hundred percent sure that you have done the most important task. We have done the most urgent task and that is important. It is not important to go through all of the list of actions, all the least of tasks that you have planned for. It is important to go through the prioritize tasks and do them because they are impactful, they are important. So be intentional in your plannings and do not...

...waste your energy and time on a less priority tasks because they do not have any impact in your best selfdefinition, in in deriving your best self definition and stuff. I hope that all of the points that I've mentioned in this podcast series could help you in a way and I hope you really be successful in this path becoming your best self and we should the best about Mama.
