...today. Let's dive into it. Hello, Mama, how are you doing? I hope you're doing really wonderful today, and today we're going to cover the topic of weekly planning in alignment with our best self definition in this episode. As you might know, this episode is the third episode of design your attainable best of series. We are going to cover all of the things that we need to know in order to design our attainable best self in four episodes, episence number twenty two to twenty five. So if you're new to this moment is podcast, please go and listen to episode number twenty two, because it is the beginning of this series and recovered yearly planning there and then recovered monthly planning an episode number twenty three, and all of them are of chronological order. So please, if you haven't heard them, go and listen to them prior to this episode. But in this episode, as you might know, and as I've told you earlier, we're going to cover the weekly planning. You know, some of the times we overplan our long term goals, will over plan our three months and monthly and yearly plans, and then we do not really take into consideration what should we do on a weekly basis, on a daily basis, and so we are not really equipped with, I mean good to go plans. So I call it good to go plans because you really need to know exactly what you should do on a weekly basis, on a daily basis, because otherwise you're just planning and then planning and then...

...planning and then replanning every month and you do not do anything. You need to get moving and weekly planning is the first step to get moving words your best selfdefinition and towards your goals and dreams. So as here in Momon is, we do not only cover the definition of bests of but also cover what are the exact and applicable ways that we can derive that best self. So we are thinking of going deeper down into what should we do on a weekly and daily basis and I am here to tell you that I have every confidence to offer you this method because I have tried a lot of techniques out there. You know, a lot of ideal and perfect ones out there, but you know, for our mom life, I do believe that when you flexibility around our planning, we need intentional planning, which I have combined these two in this series of design your attainable best self series. I hope that it can help you, and it can, I mean assist you in this path of your growth, because when you grow, you would become a better person and then you would become a better mother, and this is the only thing that we can do for our children. There is nothing outside of us that we can do for our children. So, with all of this lengthy introduction, let's start this week's episode. Considering that you have listened to episode twenty two and twenty three, you are ready, because you have mapped out your month, your three months and your years. So for your weekly planning,...

...what you should do? In the first place? You should check your calendar for an event to manage your expectations. And what do I mean by that? Do you remember that in our monthly planning we have a thought about what is going to happen in the next month of our life. I mean like any kind of doctor appointments, any kind of project deadline, any kind of meetings or anything related to our children, everything that is going to happen in our life in the next month. We have mapped them out. But now that we are good to plan our week, we need to take a look at that calendar that we've provided earlier and see what is going to happen in this week of our life specifically. Maybe you have written down you're going to have vaccination for your child, maybe you have written down you're going to have a project deadline. So, considering all of them, you will understand definitely that what is your, I mean situation in the following days of your life, so you could manage your expectations in a better way. And, for example, whenever you're going to have a project deadline, it is crystal clear that you might not have enough time to just focus, for example, on your home or on your children. You need help. So whenever considering all of them before, I mean in advance, you would think of the resources that you need in order to to, I mean, achieve that goal of the week. So this is the first and foremost step. In the second step, I want you to brain down, brain down one another time, all of your tasks, all of your tasks that are in your mind for...

...this week. Do you remember that you have brain Down't all of the tasks for our month in the episode number twenty three? So we have done the same for our monthly planning. We have a list of actions that we need to take for this month. We have at least of two douse that we need to go through this month of our life. So, based on them, please select some of them that you can do for this week of your life, based on the monthly task least, but add some of the other random tasks that are in your mind and then try to create a list of weekly tasks for this week of your life. Please try your best in order not to miss any of the tasks in your mind, because whenever you're not running down any of them in the piece of paper, your mind is, I mean, engaged and your mind is not free to think of any other thing. So please do your mind a favor and write down all the tasks that are in your mind. So, in the third step, I want you to write down your nonnegotiable list of actions. Again this week, you remember, we have talked about nonnegotiable list of actions and episode sixteen, if you haven't heard that podcast episode, we can go and grab it, and also in episode number twenty two, whenever we wanted to derive our personal growth plan, and after that we have derived a list of nonnegotiable actions that we think that if we focus on them and if you prioritize them in our plannings, we will feel better in every area of our life. And what is better than these? So we need to remind ourselves every week. What are the nonnegotiable list of actions for us? Please try to consider them in your...

...plannings. In the fourth step, I want you to write down your five time of blocks for this week. In Episode Number Fifteen, we've talked about time blocking as a way of time management which is flexible and can use it in your mom life, and I think there is no better way than time blocking for managing your time. And we have defined five blocks of time for this time management technique that is specifically designed for our mom life. So you can go and grab it in episode Number Fifteen, and you need to know that because we need a block. We need to block our time on our regular basis and we need to think what should we do, what sort of actions we want to do in each block of time in our day in advance, because whenever we are reaching that time, whenever we are in that time of the day, then we are completely confident what is going to happen in these few hours of our life, and so we don't really feel overwhelmed or stressed or nervous because of not considering all of them. So please go and grab episode Number Fifteen. It is, I think, the regulously helpful for all of us. And so you need to block your time for the week ahead, every day of your life. Block it out based on the five time blocks that we have, I mean, identified and we have defined in episode Number Fifteen. Please define it for every day of your life in then next week. It is crystal clear that you need to talk to our husband in in to talk to your children, to find the suitable time for each...

...block of time. And please hear me that, after a while you would be really better and you would be really professional in this time blocking. So give yourself time and space to experience this, to implement this and, believe me, it can help you in a ton of ways. The things, the step, in my opinion, is to color code all the time blocks in the planner which you have talked with your husband and your spouse in advance and you've identified for yourself, because whenever your color coding your time blocks in your planner and you take a look at it at a glance, you can understand what you should do in each period of time. And, as you might know, that definition of time block is the block of time that you are focused on a group of tasks which are related to each other. For example, the family block time is the block of time that you just spend time with your family. You're not worried about your work tasks, you're not worried about your, I mean own tasks, you're not worried about your home tasks. So consider being in this environment, to consider being in this time of the day that you know it is a family block time, so you're not worried about any of the other things that are engaging your mind, that are making you busy, that are making you feel nervous, and you would feel presence. You would feel a pure presence each moment of your life, and that is really, really helpful. So this was the fifth step, and in the final step, I want you to prioritize your nonnegotiable list of actions and plan them and then map them in your schedule for the next week.

And why do I mean by that? You had ten actions as your nonnegotiable list of actions. Remember, we have talked about it in episode number twenty two, and we have derived it based on the assessment of our will of life and based on our personal growth plan, and we told you that if you consider them in your weekly plannings, you are a hundred percent sure that you are going towards a better version of yourself, because you're doing something in order to grow in all of the areas of your life at once, and there is no better way to help you to grow equally in all areas of your life. So please prioritize your nonnegotiable list of actions and dule them. For example, consider one of them is having a day tonight each week with my husband in order to, for example, improve your love section of life, which we have covered an episode number four. So you know that you need to do this action, nonnegotiably, do this action in order to feel better in this area. Of Your Life. You have identified it before because you knew it is so of your pain points or stuff, or even if you're doing really well in this area of your life, and that is because you're doing you're having a date night each week. You need to continue that in order to to just keep that feeling of satisfaction. So please consider that and then plan for that, plan for that date tonight in the week ahead. You have considered having a day tonight each week. So tell me now, what is the exact time that you want to do that? You know, otherwise, if you do not plan them, plan all of the...

...nonegotiable list of actions, you can never ever make that reality. You you know, the reason why our plans, or just our plans and they're on paper and they never become a reality, is this very fact that we do not schedule them, we do not prioritize them. So this was simply your weekly planning, and you should never do any other thing for your weekly planning and just forget about assigning each task to each week from from the week before, because you can never do that, because you can never predict what is going to happen in each day of your life. You just need to create a list of weekly tasks and then prioritize your nonnegotiable list, and then you're good to go to the week. And at the beginning of each day, you need to plan for that day, and that's it. So stay tuned for the next episode, I mean Episode Number Twenty Five, which we are going to cover what on earth we can do for our daily plannings in order to implement all of these that we have been through and in order to make sure that we are doing something for our growth. So stay tuned for the next episode, and I wish you the best in this path of becoming your best version. Goodbye, my mom. Thanks for listening to the moment is podcast.
