I hope you're doing really awesome. Today is such a special day for me, you know, the first anniversary of Mama and nest, which is my passion project. It is so dear and near to my heart and I cannot tell you how valuable is this path for me. You know, Mama has starts with my motherhood journey and alongside that are really grew, and so this is so valuable for me. You know, Mama and nest in fact, as my second child. And how do I say that? Because after becoming a mom with my sweet little daughter, who is around three years old. Now, you know, I've been through a lot of struggles and challenges and I couldn't really find what is the the you know, balance between...

...mother Hud and all of the other roles that I had before becoming a mom, and so, in searching for the solutions in order to maintain my previous self, I came to Maman has idea, and then I really made up my mind to Polish that and to share that with all of the mothers, because I really wanted all of the MOMS to become their best version, to become a happier version of themselves, to become a more fulfilled people, because I do strongly believe that what really we need to do in order to be a good mom is to be a better version of ourselves, and we just need to focus on ourselves, to just need to focus on becoming our better version day eat and day out. And so mama and is the emerges. And then, you know, the idea was inside my mind, but like a good nine month of pregnancy, are really sad on this idea of Maman is. For around nine months to one year. It was like I was pregnant with momanist. So I called it my second child, because in the birthday of my daughter, I mean the second birthday of her, Mama really was born, and so it is for one year that moment is is living outside in the world, and I showed up for that and I don't know how to tell it to you, but you know, it is my second child. I have two children. One of them is my sweet little daughter, who is three years old at a time, and Maman has is her sister. You know, I don't know why Mama is is she, but she is one years old. So today I'm going to tell you what I've been through the last year of my entrepreneurial journey. You know, before that I was a business intelligence analyst, so successful in my career, and I also had some side hustles like Ailes, training, Giles Coaching, also coaching for business development companies and all of those stuff. You know that digital marketing stuff and all stuff were so good for me in terms of income earning and you know, but Mama is not at all of any monetary value or priority for me. You know, it is something in my heart, deep down in my heart. It is so dear and near and it is my social...

...responsibility. I think I'm responsible to help some of the mothers in order to become their rest version and in order to really leave a better, more joyful, it's more fulfilling motherhood life. So the first and foremost lessons learned throughout the day's path of entrepreneurship for me was this very famous sentence of start before you're ready. You know, as a kind of introverted person, as a kind of camera shy person, it was really hard for me the first place to start a podcast and then to have some youtube videos and also have, I don't know, campaign teasers for my social media and all of this stuff were so hard for me that I couldn't even think about doing them. But the time that I have really made up my mind that I want to do this passion project, no matter what was the result to no matter what the result would be, and so I started before even I was ready, even, for example, the life sessions that we have on our instagram page, you know, the community sessions. I was not really ready for them at all. But and and whenever you're comparing, for example, the mom talk number one with mom talking number twelve, you can really understand that differences between those two situations in my life and I'm here to tell you that there is so much growth at the end of this spectrum. You know, I ran from my comfort zone in this past year of my life. I was really camera shy, so I I just put myself in this challenge of recording a video from myself and talking in front of the camera. I was a kind of introverted person. I thought that maybe the the kind of talking and the kind of voice that I have might not really be interesting for anyone, but I started, I recorded the very first episode and I published it and you know, the moment that you show up, the moment that you start, I think eighty percent of the path would really be more easy and you would understand that you were wrong, you were a hundred percent wrong, and that you cannot do that because you know, always the starting is the most difficult and challenging part of every path. So the first and foremost specif advice that I have for anybody, anybody that is struggling with this idea, that whether...

...or not I should start, I would tell you that start, start before even you're ready, and there is so much growth. So after starting, I grew a lot, even in my personality, traits, I think now I'm a better version of myself and that is perfect. So the second piece of advice that I have for anybody who's struggling with this idea is to show up for your dreams regularly. You know, we have a dream of starting a passion project, we have a dream of doing something which has impact and the world. You know that the impacts that we can have in this world really matters for us, but we do not really know how to do that. I tell you that you should show up regularly for your goals and your dreams. You should be committed to whatever you are planning and whatever you're planning to do, and you should not really care about the instant and results that you might get. For example, you might put a lot of efforts on creating a podcast episode and creating a video and then share it and you could not really get that much feedback and that much, I don't know, interaction with your post in your social media or or your podcast in your podcast application. But you know, here me, after some time, if you do that regularly, if you're committed enough to show up regularly for your goals, the results will come. You know, it is a like something, it is not that instant. It is something that you need to think about it at least after a year. So you need to be committed to do whatever you're doing for at least one year, and after one year, just some parts of the result will come out of the iceberg. It is like the teeth of an iceberg what you're seeing now. But after one year you would see so much growth in your path, so much growth in your business, in your passion project, whatever you're doing, and whenever you're showing regularly, you are speeding up your path. You know because, for example, take, for example, having a podcast episode. It's something that you're dreaming to have, dreaming to have, your planning to have, and so, for example, your record and publish a podcast episode and then you are struggling for the second episode. You're struggling for one month and then you procrastinate that because of the hardship of that. But if you commit to have a podcast episode,...

...for example, at least two eyes and months, then in a shorter amount of time you would be professionally podcast publishing, in podcast recording, because all of them are really experiences that we should gain throughout the path. And, for example, in my personal experience recording and editing and publishing. The first episode of Maman's which was only ten minutes, really took me around two days. But nowadays, after this much episodes that I published, I can write my outline and then recorded, edited, published and then promoted in social media only in two or three hours. And, as you know, Maman is this both in farcy and English, so it is bilingual. So every single one of my episodes is double and the three to four hours for two episode. That is so perfect and I could not really imagine that I can one day do that. But you know, whenever you show up regularly, but whatever you're doing, you will be more skilled in the long run. So this was the second piece off advice and the second lessons learned for me in the last year. So let's go to the third word. The third one is really, I don't know, thought provoking for me. In my personal experience, I understood that your voice matter, your voice matter, and maybe before you know having any kind of podcast, I thought to myself that maybe these kind of ideas that I have, the concept of moments and also helping other people to become their best version, might not be really interesting for anyone but these days I understand that even the simplest ideas that I have really matter to someone in the world. So whenever I show up and I really publish my voice, someone in the world would take benefit, you know, with rip the benefits of listening to that, and that is so valuable for me. And let me give you some stats about that. We have published twenty one episodes in the last year, twenty one episodes in FARC in twenty one episodes in English. So totally I can say that. Forty two episodes in the last year. So it should be one episode every eight or nine days. and we out any kind of marketing strategy or any stuff, you know, just with organic marketing, which is in the podcast applications, we...

...gained ten K downloads in our podcast, which is so good, I think, because without any kind of marketing, even without really paying attention to the SEO and hashtags and stuff, which are so important, by the way, but we could get this k downloads and it's so valuable to me. It really motivates me to continue because I think that my voice matters. And you know, also unexpectedly, we have started an English Academy for the students, for the students. That our mom and now we have over forty English Academy students, which is so good, and we're about to launch a surprise product, which I'm going to tell you in the next episodes. Also, we are about to launch our application moment. Is that the action just going to provide the context for MOMS to manage their lives in a better way. And we had over twelve community sessions, community life sessions, and you know, I think this was really the meaning of your voice matters. So if you're thinking and you're hesitating whether or not to start a podcast, whether or not to share your ideas with the world, I am here to tell you that be a hundred percent sure that your voice matter. So just start and you would understand soon that you have your own audience, your target audience. But calm and you would feel really better. So let's go through that. Fourth Point that I want to mention. I wanted to tell you that I know you know this path of entrepreneurship, this path of doing something that you do not know anything about, is not straightforward, not at all. But you know, there are lots of obs and downs, there are lots of things that you need to learn. There are lots of things that you do not know at all, but you need to search, you need to consolve, you need to try to solve, you need to analyze. You know, I'm a kind of analyzer in my professional job on a business intelligence analysm and have learned from there that I need to analyze the results, for example, the social media interactions, the podcast feedback and analyzes. You need to analyze them in order to understand what are the contents that the need to focus more. What are they? The pain points? Where the the bottlenecks of Your Business? And, for example, for me personally, I have recently found that I need to shift to video posts in my social media account because people...

...are more interested in short videos than, I don't know, really esthetically beautiful posts that are just text. So I need to focus on creating more videos, I need to focus on creating more visual content rather than just some kind of text or stuff. So we need to analyze and then we need to search and then we need to try new things. We do not need to just do whatever that we have started in the first place and then continue that in order to get the results. And in this path, and we can, we can have some checkpoints throughout the way and then at each checkpoint, check our results are outcomes, and then we can change the path, we can change our mind, we can change the way that we create the contents and stuff, and so we should not be stirred about, you know, changing out way. So this was the fourth one and the last, but not the least. For those of you who are Moms, you understanding and the same boat. You know, having a child, especially a toddler or even an infant, while starting a business is so, so complicated, and I cannot, you know, emphasize that more. But you know, I'm here to tell you that an end of the day, it's really worth it. It's really worth it because you are modeling a kind of hardworking person for your children. You're modeling your child that you can achieve something. So your child would have higher kind of self confidence in the future because he or she knows that if you want to achieve something, no matter how hard, we need to show up you, at the end of the day, will get the results. So if you want to demonstrate this kind of brilliant result for your child, all you need to do is to show up. It's to do it regularly and be more persistent in your path. The perseverance that you are showing to your child is so valuable. I've mentioned it in the previous episodes two, but I cannot really emphasize that more. It's so it's really worth it. Don't ever feel guilty because of not getting the right results in the right time. You know, this path is unpredictable. So there are a lot of unpredictability in your journey, in your entrepreneurial journey. Don't feel...

...guilty because of not, for example, being a hundred percent present with your child, and don't ever think that you're not a good mom you know, we should compromise. We should balance what do we want to achieve with our motherhood journey, so all of them are really possible. We can fulfill both inside our motherhood and outside motherhood, and we just need not to be perfectionist and, as I told you, compromise. So this was some of the points that I wanted to mention. I want to just quickly wrap it up for you. First of all, start before you're ready. Second, show up for your dreams and goals regularly and be committed. Three, just know that you, your voice matter. So if you're concerned about not being important for other people, you're not right. Or search, consult and try to solve any of the challenges that you have throughout this path. Analyze your results in some of the checkpoints. Set some checkpoints for yourself and analyze the results and then try to redesign your path and don't scare ever for changing anything, changing any your strategies and stuff based on the result. And Five, you need to compromise, you need to strive, you need to try hard and you should not feel guilty because of not getting the results that you want in your motherhood or your entrepreneurial journey. Because if you are a mom and you have a business, you are doing something like Americo and by just doing that you are perfect. You're perfect person and you do not need perfect results. Just doing that is so much hard and not anybody can do that. So and, as I told you, it is a kind of learning opportunity for your child. So it's worth it.
