...let' s build you up to day, let' s dive into it. hello and welcome to the very last episode of MamaNest in this season. Yes, time flies so fast. We' ve been together for about two months with more than one episode each week in both English and Farsi, which was truly astonishing. as a beginner in podcasting, I' m so proud of myself for making this dream come true. although I know that I couldn' t manage myself in control my enthusiasm during these days to come to speak to you and it made me to work 24/ 7 to produce these episodes so frequently that maybe seems so achievable. But the fact is that believe it or not, Each episode took more than 30 hours from me and duplicate...

...that as MamaNest podcast is publishing in two languages, and add the previous time I devoted to searching and reading in the related topics before even starting to have a podcast. content creation Is Such a tough job. let alone doing it in two languages at the same time, and roll it up with all the recording and editing things to that, plus social media management and website development that are all done by me, besides having a toddler. but this whole experience of podcasting was so delightful and valuable to me that in spite of being on survival mode all this time, I woke up each day with a strong urge to broadcast my voice to your moms, to help you become your best self. And went to bed each night with unspeakable excitement that even didn' t Let me sleep for hours. although I used to be a fast sleeper. and Let' s overlook all the hardship of recording a podcast in my car in the garage lad at midnight, or in a Harry when my daughter was...

...out with my husband, and I had only one hour to record and at that golden time, every living creatures in the neighborhood were screaming and making noise! To recap behind the scenes of recording each podcast was a funny, yet troublesome and stressful story that intensifies the work load. But what assured me to continue and made me determined to expand MamaNest which is not only a podcast, was your encouraging and kind feedbacks and supports in this short period. When I figured out that I speak your heart and these thoughts and feelings about the necessity of being empowered and strong As a mom, is yours too, I found that I embarked on the right journey, the journey towards helping all of us to become our best version in life, to be the best mom for our kiddos. and thank you mom for being my companion in this path. and a warm and sincere thanks to my darling, my forever companion, I mean my husband to be with me as always, and how he strives to realize...

...my dreams. When I say I was in survival mode, I really mean it. I was scrolling my smart watch application some days ago, and I was shocked with the statistics about my average sleep in the last two months, which was about three to four hours a day, and it' s so inadequate I know. My daughter is in a season of life that neglects to have a nap during the day, so I couldn' t literally find any time during her awakening time, except the times that my husband kindly looked after her. And generally early mornings from four AM and late nights till about one AM were My only time to focus on podcasting. I also had my own part time job as a business intelligence analyst which is my field of expertise and my full time job as a mother and housekeeper. Another thing that I was struggling with and I bet I was so successful at coping with It, was...

...my perfectionism about everything, and this is why I didn' t let the improper and Challenging situation that I had stop me from publishing the episodes that were poorly recorded. I know you deserve to hear the best, but I was somehow obliged to release a podcast episode that was so rich in content, but a bit low in quality, to just keep going and maintain the path I was anticipating for MamaNest. And How it helped me to learn everything in a condensed period of time. and I' m pleased with the result totally. and hope You also conceive the result of this thoroughly. and I hope to release the most standard quality episodes in the future that can make the content produced even more effective. The reason that I decided to finish season one and take some break, was to be back on track of my life and routines, because in the midst of this season I found myself and my wheel of life unbalanced, and I thought I need to revise my priorities a little bit. I need to have a balanced wheel of life to be able to drive smoothly...

...in this road of life and continue my path towards becoming my best self, and also providing the same context for you moms, as it is our mission in MamaNest. the same as the time before beginning the podcasting. I' m not merely a podcaster, nor a BI analyst, nor a housekeeper, nor a wife. I' m all of them, and on top of all this I' m a mother which is my most important role in life. So, my self development plan, my health, status, and all the other areas of my life are all serious and vital to be fulfilled. I demand to restructure each one of my principal duties and roles and come back to be as Moms. because it' s easy as falling off a lot to be stuck in the Hamster wheels of motherhood and being pulled in every direction. Now, let' s go over this episode' s actual existential reason,...

...that is wrapping up the whole topics that were covered in the previous episode to help you digest the knowledge that was shared completely and provide you with the basic ground to put up the next season' s knowledge in that. as you remember, in episode one we introduced MamaNest, its mission and goals, and the problem that was felt and gave rise is creation plus a brief orientation to the topics to be covered. Then we officially started MamaNest podcast an episode two, with a mindful chat with our best self to help us define our best self. that' s truly the most profound destination in our lives. We managed to derive a yearly version bucked list, or a specific detailed inventory for all our goals and finally closed the episode with writing a letter to our to turn into before continuing the topic to understand the exact approach for planning our...

...days in alignment With our goals, we hit the topic of keeping watchful eyes in our marriage as a bonus in episode three for Valentine' s Day. a mindful thought provoking exercise on scrutiny of love in our marriage in this modern, yet virtual world. Then, in episode four, we went back over to the topic of episode two and chased the topic by introducing the wheel of life as a powerful tool to assess our lives. defining our weakness and strength points and setting a plan for our growth based on that wheel to achieve a more balanced life in all directions, and we walked away with our personal growth plan for the next three months. We also covered the positive mindset as a tool and mentioned its importance to achieve our goals. Episode Five was all about the less discussed love of fathers as another bonus episode for Persian father' s Day. I took advantage of the opportunity and mentioned the role of father in...

...kid' s future and also shared some valuable lessons learn points that came from years of experience from our first Mamaguest. Then in episode six, we continued the series of topics discussed in episodes two and four, by wrapping up the subject and tap into the magic of committing to our dreams and eventually tracking our progression in this path of becoming our best self. When we were all done with the essential topics that somehow define our mission in MamaNest, we brought up the body image and body dissatisfaction topic in episode seven as a prevalent challenge, which mostly all of us MOMS, are struggling with these days, by providing some useful facts and figures. we then concluded the episode with another, mindful exercise, to help us foster a better relationship with our body. Finally, in the previous episode I mean Number Eight, we try to give three straight forward tips that can level up our spring cleaning experiences and help us foster life...

...- long habits and behaviors, alongside this one and done yearly task. and emphasize on how we can seriously reframe what spring cleaning means for us that was rooted in productivity, minimalism and Environmentalism concepts in this season, I mean season one, I picked the topics for each episode, based on the degree of importance from a longish list of subjects, so it happens to see like two or three topics in productivity or so. However, I exactly plan to cover topics in the seven legs that are mentioned in the podcast Intro. I mean productivity, parenting, family wellness, minimalism, mindfulness, environmental awareness and financial consciousness for MamaNest. therefore, for the next season, I' ll plan ahead, so that we can hear of this one topic in each special core...

...value, and I do my best not to overlook any of them or over mention any of them. We' re also going to host a Mamaguest at least once in each season. Mamaguest is supposed to be some one who successful in any of his or her life aspects and can add value for us on any topic and two more extensions that are going to be included in MamaNest podcast, which is a surprise and I' d rather not to tell them now, and I will unveil them in the near future, so be prepared for more attractive things to come. This podcast is part of MamaNest academy, and it' s not all the aim for MamaNest. We are developing an application to equip us with the related tools and as a community of like- minded moms like a nest, to support us in this path of motherhood. This whole package is a solution, is just a seed now. That definitely needs tones of endeavor and support to grow. I truly expect all of you conscious...

...moms to help me in this journey to alter the culture' s motherhood together. to build a brighter future for ourselves and to establish an empowered framework for our children, because when we' re strong, confident, healthy and productive, the same is to come for our children. We shouldn' t underestimate our impact as moms in the life of the next generation. and you may ask what you can do to be with me in this mission? The answer is to subscribe in podcast in whatever application you hear from. and also leave a rating and review in apple, podcast or comment in castbox.
