Hello and welcome to the very lastepisode of MamaNest in this season. Yes, time flies so fast. We've been togetherfor about two months with more than one episode each week in both English andFarsi, which was truly astonishing. As a beginner in podcasting, I'm so proudof myself for making this dream come true. Although I know that I couldn'tmanage myself in control my enthusiasm during these days to come to speak toyou and it made me to work 24/7 to produce these episodes sofrequently that maybe seems so achievable. But the fact is thatbelieve it or not, each episode took...

...more than 30 hours from me andduplicate that as MamaNest podcast is publishing in two languages, and add theprevious time I devoted to searching and reading in the related topicsbefore even starting to have a podcast. Content creation is Such a tough job.let alone doing it in two languages at the same time, and roll it up with allthe recording and editing things to that, plus social media management andwebsite development that are all done by me, besides having a toddler. But this whole experience of podcastingwas so delightful and valuable to me that in spite of being on survival modeall this time, I woke up each day with a strong urge to broadcast my voice toyour moms, to help you become your best self. And went to bed each night withunspeakable excitement that even didn't let me sleep for hours. Although I usedto be a fast sleeper. And let's overlook all the hardship of recording a podcastin my car in the garage lad at midnight, or in a Harry when my daughter was outwith my husband, and I had only one...

...hour to record and at that golden time, every living creatures in the neighborhood were screaming and makingnoise! To recap behind the scenes ofrecording each podcast was a funny, yet troublesome and stressful story thatintensifies the work load. But what assured me to continue and made medetermined to expand MamaNest which is not only a podcast, was yourencouraging and kind feedbacks and supports in this short period. When Ifigured out that I speak your heart and these thoughts and feelings about thenecessity of being empowered and strong as a mom, is yours too, I found that Iembarked on the right journey, the journey towards helping all of us tobecome our best version in life, to be the best mom for our kiddos. And thankyou mom for being my companion in this path. And a warm and sincere thanks to mydarling, my forever companion, I mean my...

...husband to be with me as always, andhow he strives to realize my dreams. When I say I was in survival mode, Ireally mean it. I was scrolling my smart watch applicationsome days ago, and I was shocked with the statistics about my averagesleep in the last two months, which was about three to four hours a day, Andit's so inadequate I know. My daughter is in a season of life that neglects to havea nap during the day, so I couldn't literally find any time during herawakening time, except the times that my husband kindly looked after her. Andgenerally early mornings from four AM and late nights till about one AM weremy only time to focus on podcasting. I also had my own part time job as abusiness intelligence analyst which is my field of expertise and my fulltime job as a mother and housekeeper. Another thing that I was strugglingwith and I bet I was so successful at coping with It, was my perfectionismabout everything, and this is why I...

...didn't let the improper and Challengingsituation that I had stop me from publishing the episodes that were poorlyrecorded. I know you deserve to hear the best, but I was somehow obliged torelease a podcast episode that was so rich in content, but a bit low inquality, to just keep going and maintain the path I was anticipating for MamaNest. And how it helped me to learn everything in a condensed period oftime. And I'm pleased with the result totally. And hope you also conceive theresult of this thoroughly. And I hope to release the most standard quality episodes in the future that can make the content produced even more effective. The reasonthat I decided to finish season one and take some break, was to be back on trackof my life and routines, because in the midst of this season I found myself andmy wheel of life unbalanced, and I thought I need to revise my priorities a little bit. I need to have a...

...balanced wheel of life to be able todrive smoothly in this road of life and continue my path towards becoming my best self, and also providing the same context for you moms, as it is our mission in MamaNest. The same as the time before beginning the podcasting. I'm not merely apodcaster, nor a BI analyst, nor a housekeeper, nor a wife. I'm all of them, and on top of all this I'm a mother which is my most important role in life. So, my self development plan, my health, status, and all the other areas of mylife are all serious and vital to be fulfilled. I demand to restructure eachone of my principal duties and roles and come back to you in a more balancedsituation. The Way I wish all of us to be as Moms. Because it's easy asfalling off a lot to be stuck in the hamster wheels of motherhood and being pulledin every direction. Now, let's go over this episode's actualexistential reason, that is wrapping up...

...the whole topics that were covered inthe previous episode to help you digest the knowledge that was shared completelyand provide you with the basic ground to put up the next season's knowledge in that. As you remember, in episode one weintroduced MamaNest, its mission and goals, and the problem that was felt and gaverise is creation plus a brief orientation to the topics to be covered. Then we officially started MamaNest podcast an episode two, with a mindfulchat with our best self to help us define our best self. That's truly themost profound destination in our lives. We managed to derive a yearly versionbucked list, or a specific detailed inventory for all our goals andfinally closed the episode with writing a letter to our future best-self, to havea clear vision of who we are going to...

...turn into Before continuing the topic tounderstand the exact approach for planning our days in alignment with ourgoals, we hit the topic of keeping watchful eyes in our marriage as abonus in episode three for Valentine's Day. A mindful thought provokingexercise on scrutiny of love in our marriage in this modern, yet virtualworld. Then, in episode four, we went back over to the topic of episode twoand chased the topic by introducing the wheel of life as a powerful tool toassess our lives. Defining our weakness and strength points and setting a planfor our growth based on that wheel to achieve a more balanced life in alldirections, and we walked away with our personal growth plan for the next threemonths. We also covered the positive mindset as a tool and mentioned itsimportance to achieve our goals. Episode five was all about the lessdiscussed love of fathers as another bonus episode for Persian father's Day.I took advantage of the opportunity and...

...mentioned the role of father in kid'sfuture and also shared some valuable lessons learn points that came fromyears of experience from our first Mamaguest. Then in episode six, we continued theseries of topics discussed in episodes two and four, by wrapping up thesubject and tap into the magic of committing to our dreams and eventuallytracking our progression in this path of becoming our best self. When we were all done with theessential topics that somehow define our mission in MamaNest, we brought upthe body image and body dissatisfaction topic in episode seven as a prevalentchallenge, which mostly all of us moms, are struggling with these days, byproviding some useful facts and figures. we then concluded the episode withanother, mindful exercise, to help us foster a better relationship with ourbody. Finally, in the previous episode I meannumber eight, we try to give three straight forward tips that can level upour spring cleaning experiences and...

...help us foster life-long habits andbehaviors, alongside this one and done yearly task. And emphasize on how wecan seriously reframe what spring cleaning means for us that was rooted inproductivity, minimalism and Environmentalism concepts in this season, I mean season one, Ipicked the topics for each episode, based on the degree of importance from a longish list ofsubjects, so it happens to see like two or three topics in productivity or so.However, I exactly plan to cover topics in the seven legs that are mentioned inthe podcast Intro. I mean productivity, parenting, family wellness, minimalism, mindfulness, environmental awareness and financial consciousness for MamaNest. Therefore, for the next season, I'll plan ahead, so that we can hear of thisone topic in each special core value,...

...and I do my best not to overlook any ofthem or over mention any of them. We're also going to host a Mamaguest at leastonce in each season. Mamaguest is supposed to be some one who successfulin any of his or her life aspects and can add value for us on any topic and two more extensions that are goingto be included in MamaNest podcast, which is a surprise and I'd rather not to tellthem now, and I will unveil them in the near future, so be prepared for moreattractive things to come. This podcast is part of MamaNest academy, and it's not all the aim for MamaNest. We are developing an application to equip uswith the related tools and as a community of like-minded moms likea nest, to support us in this path of motherhood. This whole package is asolution, is just a seed now. That definitely needs tones of endeavor andsupport to grow. I truly expect all of you conscious moms to help me inthis journey to alter the culture's...

...motherhood together. To build a brighterfuture for ourselves and to establish an empowered framework for ourchildren, because when we're strong, confident, healthy and productive, thesame is to come for our children. We shouldn't underestimate our impactas moms in the life of the next generation. And you may ask what you can do to bewith me in this mission? The answer is to subscribe in podcast in whateverapplication you hear from. And also leave a rating and review in apple, podcast or comment in castbox. If you hear from there.
