And I'm so sentimental thisweek. It is father's Day in the Persiancalendar. and Wow... What is about this word, I mean "FATHER". You know the very word brings tears tomy eyes. Father and mother are such out of thisworld concepts in my opinion, and for me personally, after giving birth to mylittle darling, they even mean more...

...whenever you want to express your innerlove about them, words truly fail you, besides that there's something specialabout fathers that even makes it harder for me to talk about. "Everyday my papa would workto help to make ends meet (MUSIC)Indeed the unconditional love and support I received at home from my childhood was truly exemplary, the Jasmine in our backyard and itsaroma with which my father made love with every morning and when he woke up,he put it next or bed. so mesmerizing when I think, maybe nowthat I'm a parent I'm more mindful of what I experienced in my early years and inthis age and year of my life, I figure this out more than ever before. Ivividly remember my father's passion and enthusiasm when I embark on theuniversity, when I got married, when I graduated and when I became mother. Even more than me, his tears of joy for every tinyachievement of me in life, his presence and support in every second of my life, his sympathy and consultation for anyof my decisions in life. His kind worries about me, the emotional moments we had together.every time he hugs me, kisses me...

...his love towards me, and how pure wereall of them. Looking back on those days, I canrecall his kind eyes, although I didn't pay that much attention when I wasyounger, it was full of love, affection, peace, commitment and support. I know I'm not a perfect person andwill never become. yet, I feel strong stability in my personality, beliefs and behaviors, and in my view this is a very brilliant asset in life. And I really owe many thanks for thisstable of bringing to my father. Now that I'm of the opinion the children reinvent their childhood atmosphere in their older days, I really investigate everysingle trait or for father to learn how should I behave with my children. How should I inflame their strength andlet them burst into flames. So, I decided to address the importanceof parent's role, specially farther, in the future of children in shaping theirpersonality in this episode. Well, actually, my father has animpressive and penetrating utterance. He writes wonderful notes and poetrythroughout his life, and for us and all those around us, his words are alwayssweet and pleasant, and I thought I can never transmit his genuine feeling andbelief in my own words and, as is almost always worried about us onetotally all the humanity and pays close attention to child raising affairs, Iproudly decided to invite him to be our first and foremost "MamaGuest" in thispodcast and MamaGuest, as you might guess, is MamaNest's exclusive termstanding for her guests in this show.

So straight away and let's get to ourconversation, it's a great pleasure for me to introduce our guest today, DoctorRezaei. my dad he's inexperienced and committeddentist and a motivated mountain climber. and most important of all, a kind andcompassionate five time dad who is going to talk to us all about thefathership and its place in kids Future. As a final point, I should say that, unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to interview my dad in person, as we areliving in different cities, and how much I miss my parents by the way. So, we're going to have a phone interview, and because of that, I apologize for any sound or quality issues, and I'm sothankful for your understanding in advance. All right, Hello Dad. hope you'redoing great. Welcome to MamaNest podcast. It's an honor for me to have you here, Dr Rezaei: Hi Daddy. Thanks for inviting me andhope you are doing well, I'm so excited to be your first MamaGuest. As you know, this podcast is aimed atall moms around the world and we try to share our knowledge and wisdom toempower ourselves and what knowledge is more valuable than seventy eight yearsof experience Dad! As an introduction, would you pleaseclarify the father's role as a compliment to that of the mother? andlet me put it like this: In your opinion, what combination of parentscan provide the readiest environment for the Child's growth and development? Dr Rezaei: I can summerize the answer to yourquestion in this way:...

A father can work hard and play arole in gaining the trust of the children and fostering a sense ofresponsibility in them. The role of father in child's development isto be friend with them, to feel responsible for them, to increase theirself confidence and to strengthen their perseverance in them, which can be veryimportant for the child's development. MamaNest : Okay, Dad. you were always a role medal for all ofus for having a positive attitude and strong determination. You established a non profitmountaineering club for more than I think twenty five years, if I'm notwrong, and you have been working in various social and professionalassociations for as long as we remember. And never complain about itsdifficulties. Although I myself witnessed lots of ups and downs in yourpath, have you ever felt tired? and basically I want to know how can weinject this perpetual positive mindset to our kids lives and keep their spritsup when times are tough? Dr Rezaei: Before choosing a model, I thinkone must have self confidence, a clear vision and a positive attitude to besuccessful in all fields of life, we must be homage to our family and society inany situation. We were made to serve at all. Sometimes even withoutexpectations. If we try with this vision and this way ofthinking, surely in all fields our children can grow and nurture, becausethey see action, because they don't see duality. MamaNest: Well, how do you think a father canbuild confidence and self esteem in his child to be successful in communicationand social interactions? To be honest, if you have a belief, butyou don't act on it, this doesn't...

...affect the child and the family unlessyou implement it. What the man believes in, should beshown in his actions, and so when the parents behaved with confidence, thechildren will automatically learn about that. MamaNest: Okay Dad. Thank you and for the nextquestion, I want to know that the nest you created for our familywith mom was full of love, peace and support. What special advice do you have foryoung mothers and fathers like me to help them provide this nest in theirfamily too? Dr Rezaei: Yes, Creating a housefull of love and peace requires taking responsibility for the family. Creatinga friendly environment plays a big role in this issue. You may have somelimitations in the past, but this should not be the justification. We should not bring the deprivation of ourchildhood or what we remember from the past According to the circumstances ofthat time, we should then bring it with a negative mind in life for ourchildren. It is very effective that we can go beyond the negative experiences wehad, and come to present the experiences with a positivity and create anest in our family, our society, so that the child grows up in this nest full ofhappiness. MamaNest: You always believe that the mountain is asymbol of steadfastness and the climber is a symbol of hard work and endurance. What can we do so that, at a time whenthe culture of filial piety is voting and children often get what they wantquickly, this value of hard work, determination, and effort is not lost? Dr Rezaei: children are exactly like mirror. An action that children see in their...

...parent's behavior, especially theparent's sense of responsibility, can convert them to a person with a sense ofresponsibility, a person who strives, a person whoposses positivity, and their self confidence improves. MamaNest: well Dad. you've been studying andlearning since I can remember. your read books, you took specializedcourses and you never felt that maybe it was enough and you should not learnany more, and this is still going on. How much do you find this sense ofdynamism necessary for parents and what effects does it have on children inyour opinion? Dr Rezaei: in the words of deceased professor Hessabi, at the very end of his life when he was searching for the answer to ascientific question, give people around him, ask that: was the point of knowingthis answer, When you know that you are about to die any minute? And professor replied that it is better toknow and die than dying without knowing the answer. MamaNest: All right DAD. Now, let's talk about thenotes, you wrote daily, weekly, monthly, and even Annually, I think. and you used toplan for each of your seconds Dad. When you started doing this, you didn'thave any children, I think. and it was about fifty years ago, and at that timethere was no place at all to teach planning and learning this concepts. Sohow did you do it without being asked? And what do you think you have achievedall these years with planning? and basically what effect to our parentalgoals and planning have on our children's future in your opinion? 15900:13:51.860 --> 00:13:57.560Dr Rezaei: Yes Daddy, I've believed in living life with plansince I knew myself, I believe that one should have a plan until the lastseconds of his life. In all years of my...

...life, the first sentence of mydaily notes begins, with the name of God many inventions and innovations, start withpractical, an experiment of thinking. I the impact of planning in life inall areas can give the person hope for the future. In this way there have been trial and error, butthe results have been good experiences. When someone has a plan, he hopes tolive tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and other month and years. and his life would be successful and it willprogress, day by day. That is why I believe that planning is useful in allareas, even in the last moments of your life. Okay Dad. I always remember yourspecial attention to your health, regular exercise, your medical checkupsand taking care of your nutrition. Well, some of the parents think that paying attention to themselves is a mistake and it's a neglection of caring for theirchild. What do you think about this? Dr Rezaei: Ya, I've always been with friends, who were members of our Mountaineering club. and I felt that some people had forgotten thatthey exist. But No! this is not the case. each person must first be attention to his own health, because thisis not only for himself but also for those around him. we're responsibility for ourfamily and our community, and you should consider that healthy mind is inhealthy body and if a person is healthy, he can be useful for himself, his familyand his community. Of course, this requires self confidence, self esteem, and especially perseverance . if you choose this sport with thought andpositivity and care about your health...

...and your family, you will do it continuously. It meansthat you don't jump from branch to branch. Beside that we are responsible evento God for maintaining our body. it means that our body is a trust from God to us.and as a result, we should pay attention to it. The rest of my stuff, goes back to planning. This means that if you have a good plan, you can eat on time, exercise and time and continue it. and this has many benefits, this can play a big role inShaping the personality of family and children, MamaNest : Okay and finally the last question:Please answer with four words: If you had the opportunity to choosethe four main traits that make up your child's personality, what would thosefour be? Dr Rezaei: Self confidence, Self esteem perseverance, and sense ofresponsibility. This traits should be instilled and taught to thechild from childhood. MamaNest: Well, awesome. Thanks for joining the podcast today Dad, and I enjoyedtalking to you as always, on my own behalf and and on behalf of all of us, I wantto say happy father's Day to you.
